<br />Resolution No. PC-98-l5 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />8. Nine (9) months after commencement of operations, a report on the progress of <br />determining a permanent site location shall be submitted to the City. The ACE staff shall <br />continue to work cooperatively with City staff during this process and to report back <br />every six (6) months on their efforts to analyze permanent station alternatives. Prior to <br />the end of two years, a permanent station alternative shall be selected by ACE staff with <br />City input and the necessary environmental review shall be conducted. <br /> <br />9. Final details for each sign shall be subject to review and approval by Pleasanton's <br />Planning Director prior to installation. <br /> <br />10. The applicant shall submit a final lighting plan for the site for the review and approval of <br />the Planning Director prior to issuance of building permits. All lighting shall be shielded <br />to prevent off-site glare and light impacts. The maximum height of the parking lot lights <br />shall be the height of the existing parking lot light standards. <br /> <br />11. Prior to operation, details of the trash receptacles shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director for review and approval. Trash containers shall be emptied on a regular basis <br />and shall not be allowed to overflow. <br /> <br />12. All parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided unless the spaces are <br />fronted by concrete curbs, in which case sufficient areas shall be provided beyond the <br />ends of all parking spaces to acconunodate the overhang of automobiles. <br /> <br />13. A final fencing plan shall be submitted to and approved by Planning Director prior as part <br />of the building permit plan set prior to issuance of an on-site permit. Said fence plan <br />shall include the installation of fencing along the easterly property line from West <br />Angela to the Bernal Avenue right-of-way to inhibit trespassing over the railroad tracks. <br /> <br />14. Only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more than one newspaper shall be <br />allowed outside of buildings within the development. The design of these dispensers <br />shall be approved by the Planning Director. Dispensers within the public right-of-way <br />shall require an encroachment permit by the Engineering Department. <br /> <br />15. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8 :00 <br />a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, unless otherwise approved by the Planning <br />Director. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be <br />equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />16. The applicant shall maintain the area surrounding the project in a clean and orderly <br />manner at all times. <br /> <br />17. At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br />
