All mitigation measures listed within the Draft and Final Supplemental Environmental <br />Impact Report (DSEIR/FSEIR) prepared for the project and the Mitigation Monitoring <br />and Reporting Program dated September 14, 2015 and March 21, 2016, respectively, <br />and on file with the Planning Division are hereby incorporated as conditions of approval <br />for the project and shall be adhered to and/or fully complied with to the satisfaction of <br />the Community Development Department prior to final inspection. <br />2.
