shall advise the owner or owners or person or <br /> persons in charge or control of the land upon <br /> which the condition is located and all inter- <br /> ested parties that failure to appear at the <br /> hearing may be deemed an admission by him of <br /> the acts or omissions charged in the order <br /> and notice and the Enforcement Official may <br /> order abatement without further evidence <br /> than that which served as the basis for the order <br /> and notice. The Enforcement Official may file <br /> a copy of such notice in the office of the County <br /> Recorder at any time before the final order of <br /> the Hearing Board. <br /> <br />4-7.48 Notice: Posting. A copy of the notice shall be posted <br /> in a conspicuous place on the property which is the <br /> subject of the proceeding. <br /> <br />4-7.49 Notice: Persons to be served. One copy of the notice <br /> shall be served upon the following: the record owner or <br /> owners, the person or persons, if any, in real or apparent <br /> control of the premises or land involved; the holder of <br /> record of any mortgages, trust deed or lease; the record <br /> holder of any other estate or interest in or to the <br /> <br />premises or land upon which the condition is located. <br />4-7.50 Notice: Service. Service of the notice shall be by <br /> <br /> personal service, by registered mail, or by certified mail.~ <br /> Service by registered mail or by certified mail shall be <br /> effective on the date of mailing of a registered letter, <br /> containing a copy of such notice with postage prepaid, <br /> return receipt requested, to each person at his address <br /> as it appears on the last equalized assessment roll, or <br /> as known to the Enforcement Official or to the Clerk. If <br /> no such address appears, and is not known to the <br /> <br /> <br />
