4-7.47 Inspe'ction +and Notice. The Enforcement Official <br /> <br /> shall examine or cause to be examined every condition <br /> reported to be in violation of the provisions of this <br /> chapter and if such is found to so violate this chapter, <br /> the Enforcement Official shall give to the owner of the <br /> property or land upon which such condition exists <br /> written notice thereof. The notice shall set forth <br /> the street address and a legal description or the County <br /> Assessor's designation of the premises. It shall also <br /> contain a concise but complete description of the facts <br /> giving rise to the finding by the Enforcement Official. <br /> The notice may require either of the following: <br /> <br /> (1) That the owner or owners, person or persons in <br /> charge or control of the land upon which the <br /> condition is located shall, within 14 days, <br /> commence and within 30 days complete removal <br /> <br /> or other abatement of the complained of condition <br /> The Enforcement Official may allow more or less <br /> than 30 days according to necessity but in no <br /> event shall the time allowed be less than <br /> 14 days. In the event the order is not <br /> complied with notice of hearing may then be <br /> given. <br /> <br /> (2) That the owner or owners or person or persons <br /> in charge or control of the land upon which the <br /> condition is located appear before the Hearing <br /> Board at a stated time and place and show <br /> cause why such condition should not be deemed <br /> a nuisance, and abated as herein provided. All <br /> interested parties who desire to be heard in <br /> the matter shall be directed to appear before <br /> the Hearing Board to show cause. The notice <br /> <br /> -10 - <br /> <br /> <br />
