Article 3 <br /> Abatement <br /> <br />4-7.44 Enforcement Official. The Director of Public <br /> <br /> Works shall be the enforcement official for the purposes <br /> of enforcing and administering the provisions of this <br /> Chapter. <br /> <br />4-7.45 Hearing Board. For purposes of this Chapter the <br /> <br /> Board of Appeals provided for in Article 2, Chapter 3, <br /> Title II of this Code shall act as a hearing board for <br /> abatement proceedings herein and shall hold full and fair <br /> hearings consistent with due process and base its inter <br /> pretations and orders upon competent, sworn testimony. <br /> The Hearing Board shall adopt reasonable rules and regu- <br /> <br /> lations for the conduct of its affairs under this chapter.~ <br /> <br />4-7.46 Right of Entry. Upon presentation of proper creden- <br /> tials, and with the consent of the owner or occupants, <br /> the Enforcement Official may enter between the hours of <br /> 8:00 o'clock A.M. and 6:00 o'clock P.M. of the same day <br /> any structure or premises, or upon any land in the <br /> incorporated area of the City of Pleasanton, wherever <br /> necessary to inspect, secure compliance with the pro- <br /> visions of this chapter, or to prevent violation thereof. <br /> For such purposes, he shall be considered as a peace <br /> officer. No person authorized by this section to enter <br /> structures or premises shall enter same without the <br /> consent of the owner or occupants of such structure or <br /> premises, nor enter any structure or premises in the absen;e <br /> of the owner, occupant or occupants thereof, nor enter <br /> any structure or premises with the consent of the owner, <br /> occupant or occupants thereof between the hours of <br /> 6:00 o'clock P.M. of any day and 8:00 o'clock A.M. of <br /> <br /> and issued by a court having jurisdiction to issue the same. <br /> <br /> <br />
