Section 3. Chapter 20.12 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "20.12.010 Uniform Plumbing Code adopted. (Section A no change) B. There is adopted by reference that certain Code known as the Califomia Building Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition, and Appendix Chapters A, B, C, D, F, G, H and I, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. Three copies of this Code are on file with the City Clerk for use by the public. C. Where there is a reference in the Code to the "Administrative Authority" it shall mean the "Director of Building Inspection" or in the absence of the Director, the Interim, Temporary or Acting Director of Building Inspection. 20.12.015 - Amended- Section 103.4.1 Fees Section 103.4.1 of the Califomia Building Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition is amended as follow: Permit Fees. The fees for said Code shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. 20.12.017 Section 103.4.2 - Added - Plan Review Fees. Section 103.4.2 of the Califomia Building Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition is amended as follow: Permit Fees. The fees for said Code shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. 20.12.020 Section 102.3.2 Amended - Penalties Section 102.3.2 of the Califomia Building Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition is amended as follow: Penalties for violations shall be as provided in Section 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Mtmicipal Code. 20.12.030 - Amended- Section 604 Materials 41
