Section 3. Chapter 20.12 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"20.12.010 Uniform Plumbing Code adopted. <br /> <br />(Section A no change) <br /> <br />B. There is adopted by reference that certain Code known as the Califomia Building <br />Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and including by reference the Uniform Plumbing <br />Code, 1997 Edition, and Appendix Chapters A, B, C, D, F, G, H and I, published by the <br />International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. Three copies of this Code are <br />on file with the City Clerk for use by the public. <br /> <br />C. Where there is a reference in the Code to the "Administrative Authority" it shall mean the <br />"Director of Building Inspection" or in the absence of the Director, the Interim, Temporary or <br />Acting Director of Building Inspection. <br /> <br />20.12.015 - Amended- Section 103.4.1 Fees <br /> <br />Section 103.4.1 of the Califomia Building Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and <br />including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition is amended as follow: <br /> <br />Permit Fees. The fees for said Code shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />20.12.017 Section 103.4.2 - Added - Plan Review Fees. <br /> <br />Section 103.4.2 of the Califomia Building Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and <br />including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition is amended as follow: <br /> <br />Permit Fees. The fees for said Code shall be as set forth in the Master Fee Schedule. <br /> <br />20.12.020 Section 102.3.2 Amended - Penalties <br /> <br />Section 102.3.2 of the Califomia Building Standards Code 1998 Edition, (24 C.C.R.), and <br />including by reference the Uniform Plumbing Code, 1997 Edition is amended as follow: <br /> <br />Penalties for violations shall be as provided in Section 1.12.020 of the Pleasanton Mtmicipal <br />Code. <br /> <br />20.12.030 - Amended- Section 604 Materials <br /> <br /> 41 <br /> <br /> <br />
