Three of the properties are not yet developed. However records show the three properties
did participate in constructing the infrastructure that serves each property, and have both
sewer and water laterals stubbed to each property contemplating a future single family
home, along with a City pre-annexation agreement stating the City will accept them as
customers when they develop. Since the recent LAFCo approved OASAs includes these
three properties, this interim policy will not apply to the three properties. If they come
forward with a development proposal they will be allowed to make connection after paying
all appropriate fees.
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
The interim policies under either option are exempt from any further requirements of the
California Environmental Quality Act as provided by Title 14 California Code of
Regulations: §15262 as the policies relate to a feasibility and planning study for Remen
Tract water and sewer systems; and §15061(b)(3) has no possibility of having a
significant effect on the environment.
Submitted by: Fiscal eview: Approved by:
1(1)1(7
r
Steve W atrick Tina Olson Nelson Fialho
Director of Engineering Director of Finance City Manager
Attachments:
1.
