It was actually difficult because <br />we had a blacksmith in town. You're sitting on the Planning Commission. What do you <br />think your job is? <br />Chair Ritter: I don't want to rule from the dais. Staffs made the recommendations. What <br />have you heard or what's changed from your outreach of things that should be <br />changed? Or have you already made the modifications? <br />Commissioner Allen: Are we copping out by asking that? <br />Chair Ritter: No, I'm just trying to get ..... <br />Beaudin: To be honest, no one's gotten head long into the long list into uses. People <br />have generally appreciated the broader categories. I think that the comments tonight <br />and if there are others like it, you know, with personal services or, you know I think the <br />other.... <br />Commissioner Allen: ... the 60,000? <br />Beaudin: ...the 60,000; that was a great comment and we can continue to kind of <br />bolster those kinds of decisions. <br />Commissioner Balch: Let's go by section if I can recommend. I want to touch on the <br />60,000 myself, so I recommend we go by category. <br />Chair Ritter: So we're doing retail. <br />Commissioner Balch: Right, retail. So for my 60,000 and I definitely agree with staff's <br />recommendation that there's got to be a larger group and kind of the smaller group.
