Accessory structures and uses including but not limited to a private garage, <br />living area without a kitchen, enclosed storage, and recreation room; <br />Small family day care home, defined as eight or fewer children not includ- <br />ing children of the day-care owner/operator. <br /> <br />Conditional Uses: The following uses shall be permitted on all lots covered by <br />this PUD Development Plan approval upon the granting of a Conditional Use <br />Permit (CUP) in accordance with the provisions of the Pleasanton Municipal <br />Code, unless otherwise noted: <br /> <br />Nursing home for not more than six patients; <br />Home occupation conducted in accordance with Chapter 18.104, Home <br />Occupations, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code; <br />Large family day care home defined as greater than eight children not in- <br />cluding children of the day care owner/operator; and, <br />Secondary dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Development Standards for Lots 1 through 26: The following building setback <br />and height standards shall apply to the primary structures and additions to primary <br />structures on these lots covered by this PUD Development Plan approval: <br /> <br />Front Building Setback - 25 feet <br />Sideyard Building Setback- 10 feet <br />(However, on comer lots, a minimum 20-foot wide sideyard shall be main- <br />tained from side street). <br />Rearyard Building Setback - 25 feet <br />Maximum Height - 30 feet <br /> <br />Development Standards for Lots 27 through 30 and Parcel "B": The following <br />building setback and height standards shall apply to the primary structures and ad- <br />ditions to primary structures on these lots covered by this PUD Development Plan <br />approval: <br /> <br />Frontyard Building Setback - 30 feet <br />Sideyard Building Setback - 15 feet <br />(However, on comer lots, a minimum 20 feet wide sideyard shall be main- <br />tained from side street). <br />Rearyard Building Setback - 30 feet <br />Maximum Height - Two stories and 30 feet <br /> <br />Development Standards for Accessory Structures on Lots 1 through 30: <br /> <br />Rearyard Setback- 10 feet <br />Interior Sideyard- 10 feet <br /> <br />Page 2 of 26 October 7, 2003 <br /> <br /> <br />
