Street Sideyard for Corner Lots - 20 feet <br />Maximum height - One-Story and 25 feet, except for Lots 3, 5, 7, 9 - 10, <br />13, 15, 18 - 20, and 23 - 26, where the maximum height shall be two- <br />stories and 25 feet. <br /> <br />No primary or accessory building shall be allowed within 35 feet of the existing <br />Vineyard Avenue right-of-way line. <br /> <br />For all primary and accessory structures, building height is measured vertically <br />from the lowest elevation of the building to the highest elevation of the building, <br />excluding chimneys. <br /> <br />Parcel "A" of this PUD Development Plan approval shall be subject to the following <br />uses' <br /> <br />a. Permitted Uses: <br /> <br />Vineyard, e.g., grape-bearing plants; <br />Orchards, row crops, and horticulture if it can be demonstrated that the <br />vineyards are not feasible to develop. (Alternatives to vineyard cultivation <br />shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission and the City Council under <br />an application for a PUD Development Plan major modification); <br />Farm buildings; <br />Single-family home; <br />Household pets; <br />Accessory structures and uses, including but not limited to a private garage, <br />living area without a kitchen, enclosed storage, and private recreation room; <br />Small family day care home, defined as eight or fewer children not includ- <br />ing children of the day-care owner/operator. <br /> <br />Conditional Uses: <br /> <br />Winery and wine-tasting room; <br />Nursing home for not more than six patients; <br />Non-exempt home occupation conducted in accordance with Chapter <br />18.104, Home Occupations, of the Pleasanton Municipal Code; <br />Large family day care home defined as greater than eight children not in- <br />cluding children of the day care owner/operator; and, <br />Secondary dwelling unit. <br /> <br />Trellis-covered arbors and/or porches up to a height of 15 feet supporting photovoltaic <br />panels shall be exempt from the City's Administrative Design Review procedures.
