Deliverables: • Encroachment Permit Application (6 hardcopies) • 95% Plans(6 full size sets) • 95% Project Specifications (6 hard copies) • 95% Engineer's Estimate (6 hard copies) • Final Design Exception Fact Sheet(6 hard copies) • BMP DPP-1 Checklists (no change from previous submittal) (6 hard copies) • Comment Resolution Matrix(6 hard copies) TASK 4—Prepare Final Bid Documents 4.1 Prepare 100%Roadway Plans All comments received from the City and Caltrans on the 95% PS&E/Encroachment Permit submittal will be incorporated into the 100%roadway plans.The 100%Plans submittal shall address all review comments and will represent the complete final design,with all design plans and details present. Any additional work resulting from new comments that changes the design significantly may be considered as Extra Work. The comment resolution matrix will be updated and submitted with the 100% plans. The following roadway plans will be included: • Title Sheet with Location Map(1 Sheet) • Typical Sections(1 Sheet) • Layouts (2 Sheets) Y Construction Details (Including contour grading and pavement elevations) (5 Sheets) • Water Pollution Control Plans (2 Sheets) • Drainage and Utility Plans (including pothole data) (4 Sheets) • Signing and Striping plans (3 Sheets) • Stage Construction/Traffic Handling Plans (7 Sheets) 4.2 Prepare 100%Traffic Signal/Electrical Plans TJKM will update the traffic signal/electrical plans to incorporate City and Caltrans comments. Responses to comments on TJKM's plans, specifications and estimate will be incorporated into the comment resolution matrix. 4.3 Prepare 100%Construction Estimate Quincy will update contract quantities and corresponding construction cost estimates based on revisions from the 100%submittal.
