■ Water Pollution Control Plans (2 Sheets) ▪ Drainage and Utility Plans (including pothole data) (4 Sheets) • Signing and Striping plans (3 Sheets) • Stage Construction/Traffic Handling Plans (7 Sheets) Quincy has a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Program that will assign a senior level engineer to review the entire draft 95% PS&E package for uniformity,compatibility, and constructability. The review will include comparing plans for conflicts or inconsistencies, and to assure that the final design is in accordance with all Environmental Documents,any permit requirements,and geotechnical recommendations. The specifications and estimate will be reviewed for consistency with the plans, and to assure that each construction item has been covered. 3.2 Prepare 95%Traffic Signal/Electrical Plans TJKM will update the traffic signal/electrical plans to incorporate City and Caltrans comments. Responses to comments on TJKM's plans,specifications and estimate will be incorporated into the comment resolution matrix. 3.3 Prepare 95%Construction Estimate Quincy will update the contract quantities and corresponding construction cost estimates for the 95%submittal. As mentioned above,a QA/QC will be done on the quantities and estimate by an independent reviewer. 3.4 Prepare 95%Specifications Quincy will update the project specifications for the 95%submittal to incorporate all comments and other plan and estimate changes. The specifications will also be reviewed during Quincy's QA/QC process for consistency with the plans and to assure that each construction item has been covered. 3.5 Submit 95%Deliverables to City The PS&E and supporting documentation will be submitted to the City electronically. Deliverables: • Comment Resolution Matrix(pdf format) • 95% Plans(pdf format) • 95%Project Specifications (Word and pdf format) • 95%Engineer's Estimate (pdf format) • Final Design Exception Fact Sheet(pdf format) • Encroachment Permit Application (pdf format) 3.6 Submit Draft Caltrans Encroachment Permit Application on Behalf of City Quincy will submit the Final Draft Encroachment Permit application on the City's behalf with the 95% PS&E, Final Design Exception Fact Sheet and BMP DPP-1 Checklists (no change from previous submittal)to Caltrans for review and comment.
