Project Management work includes, but <br /> is not limited to,the following items: <br /> • Administer the project <br /> • Clarify tasks,deliverables, and update work plan <br /> • Ensure conformance with City and Caltrans standards and requirements <br /> • Coordinate with City,Caltrans,and other affected agencies <br /> • Update Project Schedule <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Monthly progress reports. <br /> • Monthly schedule updates. <br /> 1.2 Kick-off Meeting <br /> Quincy, including the Project Manager and key staff,shall attend a project kickoff meeting with <br /> City to confirm City objectives and establish parameters for design. <br /> 1.3 City Coordination and Project Review Meetings <br /> Quincy shall organize,schedule, and prepare agenda and meeting minutes for the following <br /> meetings: <br /> 1. Project Progress/Status meetings with City <br /> 2. Design Coordination with Caltrans on GAD and Design Exception items <br /> a.
