The <br /> Master Fee Schedule is proposed to be amended to add a $285 fine for blocking a <br /> disabled parking space and a $100 annual fee for site inspection and verification of <br /> properties connected to the recycled water system. Finally, a resolution is proposed to <br /> authorize the City Engineer to enter into temporary right of entry agreements for <br /> construction projects. <br />
