Pleasanton Fire Station 3 Proposal <br /> June 20, 2017 <br /> Page 4 <br /> + Meet with City and Fire Staff and others to present Design Development Plans and <br /> get comments on presented design. <br /> + For the Design Development Phase we have included 2 team coordination meetings. <br /> + After obtaining written approval of the information presented in the Design <br /> Development drawings, we will proceed into Construction Documents. <br /> CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PHASE <br /> + Prepare drawings and specifications suitable for bidding to clearly delineate the <br /> Contractor's scope of work, including required civil, architectural, structural, <br /> mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and landscape design. It is assumed for this <br /> proposal that the City will provide all required General and Supplementary Conditions <br /> and Bidding Information. Submittals will be made at 60%, 90% and 100% and will <br /> include plans, calculation and specifications. <br /> + Construction Documents will incorporate Geotechnical requirements and <br /> recommendations for soils preparation, foundation and paving design. <br /> + Submit plans to local utility companies for review and approval. (Note: any required <br /> Utility Company fees are not included). <br /> + Submit plans to City Building Department for Building permit plan check, and perform <br /> all required revisions to construction documents based on Building Department's plan <br /> check comments (Note: plan check and permit fees are not included). <br /> + Prepare separate construction document packages for the installation of temporary <br /> facilities for the Department during the course of construction. This proposal <br /> assumes the use of temporary trailers and a temporary facility to house apparatus at <br /> a site located across the street from the station site. This proposal includes drawings <br /> for wet and dry utilities as required, and architectural coordination for these facilities. <br /> No structural or mechanical engineering is included for this work. <br /> + Attend progress meetings with City staff(assume 2 meetings for this phase). <br /> BIDDING PHASE <br /> + Provide final original drawings and specifications (and electronic copies) for use in <br /> bid packages <br /> 280 Bettencourt Street, Sonoma, CA 95476 <br /> www.jel'lkatzarchitecture.com <br />
