Pleasanton Fire Station 3 Proposal <br /> June 20, 2017 <br /> Page 2 <br /> + Provide Geotechnical Investigation <br /> + Prepare Topographic Survey of the site and immediate frontage. <br /> + Coordinate with Geotechnical Engineer for recommendations for grading, foundation <br /> design, retaining walls and site paving. <br /> + Prepare conceptual site drawings indicating placement of structures and amenities <br /> on site. This will include the following: <br /> + building site orientation, site ingress and egress, and miscellaneous site <br /> information. <br /> + Preliminary Civil Plans including preliminary grading plans, utility study and <br /> hydrology. <br /> + Prepare preliminary landscape and hardscape plans. <br /> + Coordinate with Owner systems requirements for existing or new equipment to be <br /> incorporated. <br /> + Prepare preliminary material and equipment selections for review. <br /> + Develop preliminary Cost Estimates based upon building systems. The estimates <br /> prepared at this phase will be generally square foot cost estimates for the various <br /> building components, and will include a design development contingency(to allow for <br /> potential increases as the design is refined further in the later stages of the project). <br /> + Develop structural system consistent with design concept. <br /> + Develop building mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems consistent with design <br /> concept. <br /> + Make required submissions to City for Schematic review and approval.
