Matters for the Information of the Council <br />Mr. Campbell announced that the Local Agency Formation Commission was holding a <br />Public Hearing on March 10th at 4:00 P.M. in Hayward on the City of Pleasanton's <br />proposed Annexation No. 42, Hansen - Giger, and proposed Annexation No. 43, D & V <br />Builders. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Mr. Campbell read a letter from Mr. John Erreca, dated February 21, 1966, which <br />stated that Governor Brown, Chairman of the California Toll Bridge Authority, has <br />called a meeting of the Authority to be held at 2:00 P.M., March 3rd, to be held <br />in the Public Works Building, 1120 "N" Street, Sacramento, to consider the proposed <br />agreement between the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District and the Depart- <br />ment of Public Works. <br />ORDINANCES FOR ADOPTION (second readin were not scheduled for this meeting. <br />MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS_ <br />There were no matters initiated by Council Members. <br />STUDY SESSION - Pro osed Sewer Connection Fee Ordinance <br />This matter was continued until all members of the City Council were present. <br />There being no further business at 8 :35 P.M., it was moved by Councilman Harding <br />and seconded by Councilman McWilliams that the meeting be adjourned to meet again <br />in Adjourned Regular Session at 7:30 P.M. on March 7th, 1966. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Harding and McWilliams <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Bubics and Mayor Long <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Helen Woodward, City Clerk <br />John B.
