Matters for the Information of the Council Mr. Campbell announced that the Local Agency Formation Commission was holding a Public Hearing on March 10th at 4:00 P.M. in Hayward on the City of Pleasanton's proposed Annexation No. 42, Hansen - Giger, and proposed Annexation No. 43, D & V Builders. COMMUNICATIONS Mr. Campbell read a letter from Mr. John Erreca, dated February 21, 1966, which stated that Governor Brown, Chairman of the California Toll Bridge Authority, has called a meeting of the Authority to be held at 2:00 P.M., March 3rd, to be held in the Public Works Building, 1120 "N" Street, Sacramento, to consider the proposed agreement between the San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit District and the Depart- ment of Public Works. ORDINANCES FOR ADOPTION (second readin were not scheduled for this meeting. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL MEMBERS_ There were no matters initiated by Council Members. STUDY SESSION - Pro osed Sewer Connection Fee Ordinance This matter was continued until all members of the City Council were present. There being no further business at 8 :35 P.M., it was moved by Councilman Harding and seconded by Councilman McWilliams that the meeting be adjourned to meet again in Adjourned Regular Session at 7:30 P.M. on March 7th, 1966.
