ANN RIPCKE, JUDGE <br />480 ABBIE STREET, PLEASANTON <br />MARGARET VIZZOLINI, CLERK <br />4577 LAS LOMITAS DRIVE, PLEASANTON <br />VIRGINIA NIEDT, CLERK <br />4500 MIRADOR COURT, PLEASANTON <br />Precinct Numbers 3105 and 3106 will be in Consolidated Precinct No. 3 <br />The polling place will be: <br />ALISAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - NURSE'S OFFICE <br />1454 SANTA RITA ROAD, PLEASANTON <br />Election Officers will be: <br />FRIEDA STEFFENAUER, INSPECTOR <br />455 ABBIE STREET, PLEASANTON <br />OPAL REASONER, JUDGE <br />4630 FIRST STREET, PLEASANTON <br />MILDRED CLARK, CLERK <br />4045 SILVER STREET, PLEASANTON <br />JEANETTE NELSON, CLERK <br />4543 THIRD STREET, PLEASANTON <br />The polls are to be opened from 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. <br />Compensation for the election officials will be: Inspectors $20.00; <br />Judges and Clerks, $18.00. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Harding and McWilliams <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Bubics and Mayor Long <br />Initiation of Proceedings; Set Public Hearing Date - Annexation No. 43, "Jorgensen <br />Annex" <br />Mr. Campbell reported that this annexation, which was approved by the LAFC on <br />February 10th, involves the Jorgensen property located on the west side of Foothill (0, )- �O <br />Road near Bernal Avenue. <br />It was moved by Councilman Harding and seconded by Councilman McWilliams that <br />the Public Hearing on this proposed Annexation be held at 7:30 P.M. on April 18th, <br />1966, tt.ac-442 <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Harding and McWilliams <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Bubics and Mayor Long <br />Init ation of Proceedings: Set Public Hearin• Date - Annexation No. 44 "Amaral <br />Annex" <br />Mr. Campbell reported that this annexation was also approved by the LAFC on <br />February 10th. This property is located on the south side of. Stanley Boulevard �.� <br />near the Berry Farm. �, A �c" <br />It was moved by Councilman McWilliams and seconded by Councilman Harding that <br />Public Hearing on this proposed annexation be set for April 18th, 1966, at <br />7:30 P.M,4/*-1- . <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Harding and McWilliams <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Bubics and Mayor Long <br />Use of "Rossi" Property. 442 St. John St., for Interim Off- Street Parking Purposes <br />Mr. Campbell reported that the City Staff, at the direction of the City Council, <br />have investigated the feasibility of using the Rossi property for off - street parking <br />purposes and have determined that this project would cost approximately $200.00. <br />It was moved by Councilman McWilliams and seconded by Councilman Harding that <br />the Staff be instructed to prepare the Rossi property for interim off - street park- <br />ing purposes as outlined by the City Engineer. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Gerton, Harding and McWilliams <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Bubics and Mayor Long <br />Adoption of City Seal <br />It was decided to continue this matter until all members of the City Council <br />were present. <br />3. <br />
