Mr. Fales reviewed the Mutual Benefit District Agreements with D &V Builders, Inc., and recommended their approval by the City Council. It was moved by Councilman McWilliams and seconded by Councilman Gerton that Resolution No. 66 -8, authorizing the City Officers to execute both the Sanitary Sewer and the Water Mutual Benefit Agreement with D &V Builders, Inc., be adopted. Section 2107.5 State Gas Tax Funds Mr. Fales reported that Section 2107.5 funds are used for engineering purposes related to State Gas Tax projects and the City's 1966 -67 allocation will be $2,000.00. He indicated that the State requires that . requests for these funds be submitted as soon after January 1st preceding the forthcoming fiscal year as. possible. It was moved by Councilman Harding and seconded by Councilman Bubics that Resolu- tion No. 66 -9, authorizing the staff to request the 1966 -67 allocation of $2,000.00 from the State Gas Tax Funds, Section 2107.5, be adopted. It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Harding that Resolu- tion No. 66 -10, authorizing the City Officers to execute the Freeway Maintenance Agreement regarding the Santa Rita - Tassajara Interchange, with the State of California, be adopted.. Recreation Coordinator Mr. Fales recommended that the revised job description, title change and salary of the Recreation Coordinator be adopted, as was considered during the 1965 -66 Recreation Budget review. It was moved by Councilman McWilliams and seconded by Councilman Gerton that Reso- lution No. 66 -11, revising the job description and salary for the Director of Recreation, be adopted.
