The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and Mayor Long <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Mutual Benefit Districts Spanitary Sewer and Water) DEV Builders, Inc. <br />Mr. Fales reviewed the Mutual Benefit District Agreements with D &V Builders, Inc., <br />and recommended their approval by the City Council. <br />It was moved by Councilman McWilliams and seconded by Councilman Gerton that <br />Resolution No. 66 -8, authorizing the City Officers to execute both the Sanitary <br />Sewer and the Water Mutual Benefit Agreement with D &V Builders, Inc., be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and Mayor Long <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Proposed 1966 -67 Budget,. Section 2107.5 State Gas Tax Funds <br />Mr. Fales reported that Section 2107.5 funds are used for engineering purposes <br />related to State Gas Tax projects and the City's 1966 -67 allocation will be <br />$2,000.00. He indicated that the State requires that . requests for these funds <br />be submitted as soon after January 1st preceding the forthcoming fiscal year as. <br />possible. <br />It was moved by Councilman Harding and seconded by Councilman Bubics that Resolu- <br />tion No. 66 -9, authorizing the staff to request the 1966 -67 allocation of <br />$2,000.00 from the State Gas Tax Funds, Section 2107.5, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and Mayor Long <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Proposed Freeway Agreement; Inter -State Route 580 and Santa Rita-Tassatara Inter- <br />change <br />Mr. Fales stated that this agreement from the State, which replaces the former <br />agreement between the State and the County for that portion of the Santa Rita - <br />Tassajara Interchange that is now within the City Limits. <br />It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Harding that Resolu- <br />tion No. 66 -10, authorizing the City Officers to execute the Freeway Maintenance <br />Agreement regarding the Santa Rita - Tassajara Interchange, with the State of <br />California, be adopted.. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and Mayor Long <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />C. M. Report No. 64; Revised Job Description and Salary,! Recreation Coordinator <br />Mr. Fales recommended that the revised job description, title change and salary <br />of the Recreation Coordinator be adopted, as was considered during the 1965 -66 <br />Recreation Budget review. <br />It was moved by Councilman McWilliams and seconded by Councilman Gerton that Reso- <br />lution No. 66 -11, revising the job description and salary for the Director of <br />Recreation, be adopted. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and Mayor Long <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />Matters for the Information of the Council <br />Mr. Fales announced that the annual Spring meeting of the City Managers Dept., <br />League of California Cities, will be held in Coronado from February 23 -25th, and <br />requested permission to attend. <br />It was moved by Councilman Harding and seconded by Councilman Gerton that <br />authorization be granted to City Manager to attend this meeting. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Bubics, Gerton, Harding, McWilliams and Mayor Long <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />3. <br />
