PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1511 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br /> THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT FOR MORRISON HOMES FILED UNDER <br /> PUD-77-2. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for a planned unit <br /> development for that property located on the south <br /> side of the Del Valle Parkway immediately east <br /> of Hopyard Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, three previous submittals were filed for this <br /> property} and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 13, 1977, for <br /> this most recent submittal; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at that hearing pertinent testimony, documents, maps <br /> and reports were reviewed by the Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning CommiSsiOn made the finding that the <br /> proposal is in conformance with the General Plan and <br /> ~meets the requirements of the Planned Unit Development <br /> Ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLAN~ING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1."The Planning Commission'recommends to the City <br /> Council the adoption of PUD-77-2, subject to the <br /> following conditions:' <br /> <br /> 1. That the development be substantially as shown <br /> on the development plan, Exhibit A; Home Elevations, <br /> Exhibit B; and the cross-section of Harvest Circle <br /> attached to the Director of Engineering Services <br /> Memorandum, dated April 4, 1977. <br /> <br /> 2. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroach- <br /> ment'permit from the City prior to the beginning <br /> of construction. <br /> <br /> 3. That the site be kept free from fire hazards <br /> from the start of construction to final inspection <br /> and that the Fire Division emergency number be <br /> provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT <br /> <br /> <br />
