PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1511 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR MORRISON HOMES FILED UNDER PUD-77-2. WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for a planned unit development for that property located on the south side of the Del Valle Parkway immediately east of Hopyard Road; and WHEREAS, three previous submittals were filed for this property} and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 13, 1977, for this most recent submittal; and WHEREAS, at that hearing pertinent testimony, documents, maps and reports were reviewed by the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning CommiSsiOn made the finding that the proposal is in conformance with the General Plan and ~meets the requirements of the Planned Unit Development Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLAN~ING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1."The Planning Commission'recommends to the City Council the adoption of PUD-77-2, subject to the following conditions:' 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A; Home Elevations, Exhibit B; and the cross-section of Harvest Circle attached to the Director of Engineering Services Memorandum, dated April 4, 1977. 2. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroach- ment'permit from the City prior to the beginning of construction. 3. That the site be kept free from fire hazards from the start of construction to final inspection and that the Fire Division emergency number be provided adjacent to all telephones on the site. EXHIBIT
