CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 820 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR <br /> MORRISON HOMES PLAN UNIT DEVELOPMENT - 77-2 (CREEKS <br /> BEND) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Pursuant to Section 2-8.37 (c) and Section 2-8.35, Article <br /> 14, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton, the City Council approves the Development Plan <br /> for PUD-77-2 (Morrison Homes Creeks Bend). <br /> <br />Section 2. The Development Plan approved by Section 1 above shall <br /> be subject to the conditions set forth in Resolution No. <br /> 1511 of the Planning Commission and the findings and con- <br /> ditions of the Planning Commission are hereby incorporated <br /> by reference. The Planning Commission resolution together <br /> with any attachments thereto are attached as Exhibit A and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on May 9, 1977. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on May 23, 1977 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Herlihy, LeClaire and Mayor Philcox <br />NOES: Councilmembers - Brandes and Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAINED: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> RO HILCOX, Ma <br /> <br />Doris George, Clerk <br /> <br /> ID AS TO FORM: <br />APPRO <br /> <br />Ke <br /> <br /> <br />
