Guenther We will assist the City of Pleasanton in preparing the Final Master Plan for the Pleasanton Community Farm by completing three tasks: 1. Update the Farm Program based on input from the City and the farming community 2. Update the Schematic Site Plans for Sub-areas 7 and 16 3. Amend the Draft and prepare the Final Master Plan documents MD Fotheringham will lead the Design Team as we update and complete the Final Master Plan for the Pleasanton Community Farm. We will guide the site planning process to the optimum solution that integrates the various agricultural and open space uses with buildings and parking. We will prepare graphics and written text describing the concept design for each sub-area of the Farm, including full-size plans at 24" x 36" sheet size as well as updating the 11" x 17" booklet. We will address the landscape architectural design solutions related to planting design, public gathering areas, trail connections, community gardens, and the agricultural uses. MD Fotheringham will also assist in presenting and answering questions at all public hearings required to gain Final Master Plan approvals. Jim Jennings Architecture will assist with the site planning effort to locate the learning center building, restrooms and storage structures.They will be directly involved in the conceptual design for these architectural elements that will describe the size, form and generalize construction materials and methods for the buildings. JJA will also contribute to the cost analyses for the project, providing estimates of construction value for the proposed buildings. JJA will participate in presentations at all public hearings.
