Guenther <br /> We will assist the City of Pleasanton in preparing the Final Master Plan for the Pleasanton <br /> Community Farm by completing three tasks: <br /> 1. Update the Farm Program based on input from the City and the farming community <br /> 2. Update the Schematic Site Plans for Sub-areas 7 and 16 <br /> 3. Amend the Draft and prepare the Final Master Plan documents <br /> MD Fotheringham will lead the Design Team as we update and complete the Final Master Plan <br /> for the Pleasanton Community Farm. We will guide the site planning process to the optimum <br /> solution that integrates the various agricultural and open space uses with buildings and parking. <br /> We will prepare graphics and written text describing the concept design for each sub-area of the <br /> Farm, including full-size plans at 24" x 36" sheet size as well as updating the 11" x 17" booklet. <br /> We will address the landscape architectural design solutions related to planting design, public <br /> gathering areas, trail connections, community gardens, and the agricultural uses. <br /> MD Fotheringham will also assist in presenting and answering questions at all public hearings <br /> required to gain Final Master Plan approvals. <br /> Jim Jennings Architecture will assist with the site planning effort to locate the learning center <br /> building, restrooms and storage structures.They will be directly involved in the conceptual <br /> design for these architectural elements that will describe the size, form and generalize <br /> construction materials and methods for the buildings. JJA will also contribute to the cost <br /> analyses for the project, providing estimates of construction value for the proposed buildings. <br /> JJA will participate in presentations at all public hearings. <br /> MacKay & Somps will review the existing site data including wet and dry utilities, topography, <br /> roadways, creeks and other features and assist the Design Team in updating the site plan and <br /> adjusting the parking lot design to meet the needs of the revised building program.They will <br /> Pleasanton Community Farm—Revised Proposal—MD Fotheringham, Landscape Architects, Inc. page 2 <br />
