Owens Drive Modified Lane Configuration <br /> Included in the Hacienda TOD Design Guidelines is the modified lane configuration for <br /> Owens Drive. The illustration below shows Owens Drive between Willow Road and the <br /> Kaiser Permanente driveway as a two lane roadway (one lane in each direction). This analysis used the Pleasanton macro- and micro- <br /> simulation models, and special attention was given to the changes in circulation <br /> patterns that would result from a lane reduction on Owens Drive. <br /> The traffic modeling looked at existing conditions, 2020 conditions and 2035 conditions. <br /> For the existing conditions, the (previously planned) office trips were placed on the <br /> Hacienda TOD parcels.
