Mr.Scott Christie will be Swinerton's Resident Engineer/Senior Project Manager and your primary point of contact for this assignment Scott has extensive experience managing City projects as he comes to Swinerton after spending over 18 years as an Associate and Senior Engineer at a local East Bay city Scott has experience with bridge coatings in completing the City of San Pablo Rumrill Bridge Replacement project,which also was a Federally-funded project Scott will lead the Swinerton construction management and inspection services and be the main point of contact for project coordination,contractor oversight, schedule monitoring,change order management,and community outreach Mr.Todd Whittenburg,a certified coatings inspector,will provide the daily inspections and oversight for the bridge coating removal (abatement),bridge, railings,walkway and utility lines prep work,and coating application of all bridge surfaces (including utility lines) He will provide daily reports detailing each of the day's work and ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the contract documents,technical specifications and industry standards Todd is a sub-consultant with Bay Area Coating Consultants,which has approximately 25 certified inspectors and has worked with Swinerton before on the Alcatraz Water Tank Coating project Todd will assist Scott in the monitoring of the contractor's quantities for pay estimate requests and any force account work Todd will also ensure the contractor is in compliance with the project schedule,work hours,traffic control and pedestrian access per the contract documents I will provide general operational and management oversight,and professional services administration to ensure successful project delivery The attached Matrix of CM Tasks and Fee Proposal detail the breakdown of our time and costs for the project The Fee Proposal is $148,845,plus an allowance of$150 for reimbursables,such as reproduction and miscellaneous office supplies for project records Our total fee proposal is a not-to-exceed amount of $148.995.
