TASK 6: STAKEHOLDER OUTREACH <br /> 6.1 Stakeholder Advisory Committee Outreach <br /> A Stakeholder Advisory Committee (SAC) will be developed with the goal of providing <br /> stakeholder guidance at two (2) key intervals to enhance the viability and long-term success of <br /> the project <br /> o Roles and responsibilities of the SAC will be developed with the project management <br /> team staff to ensure their guidance is considered in developing approaches and outreach <br /> tools and later in the project to vet alternatives with them <br /> o Members of SAC will represent a range of interest, for example <br /> o Paratransit users <br /> o Adult caregivers of people with disabilities <br /> o Transit advocates <br /> o Social service agencies representatives <br /> o Residential facilities <br /> o Medical facilities <br /> o Pleasanton Senior Center participants <br /> o Wheels Accessible Advisory Committee (WAAC) <br /> o Pleasanton Paratransit Task Force <br /> 6.2 Stakeholder Outreach to City of Pleasanton Staff, Elected Officials, <br /> LAVTA Staff, and LAVTA Board of Directors <br /> ® Meeting will be conducted with Nelson Fialho, City Manager and Becky Hopkins, <br /> Interim Assistant to the City Manager to provide overview of project and receive input <br /> (total of 2 meetings, 30 minutes in duration) <br /> o Nelson/Nygaard will create a line of inquiry for interview <br /> ® Meetings will be conducted with Mayor and City Council to provide overview of project <br /> and receive input(total of 5 meetings, 30 minutes in duration) <br /> o Nelson/Nygaard will create a line of inquiry for interviews <br /> ® Meeting will be conducted with Michael Tree, Executive Director and Christy Wegener, <br /> Director of Planning and Communications to provide overview of project and receive <br /> input (total of 2 meetings, 30 minutes in duration) <br /> o Nelson/Nygaard will create a line of inquiry for interview <br /> e Meetings will be conducted with LAVTA Board of Directors to provide overview of <br /> project and receive input(total of 7 meetings, 30 minutes in duration) <br /> o Nelson/Nygaard will create a line of inquiry for interviews <br /> 6.3 Pleasanton Paratransit Task Force and LAVTA Wheels Accessible <br /> Advisory Committee Outreach <br /> ® Develop Outreach Plan to both committees <br /> e Establish specific objectives for input from committees <br /> e Two (2) presentations to each committees for a total of four(4)presentations <br /> o First presentations to occur upon the completion of the survey to highlight <br /> existing conditions findings and survey outcomes and second presentation <br /> following completion of Task 8 to discuss the potential alternatives <br /> 131Page <br />
