The geometric <br />layout will he based on the Caltrans Design Manual geometric layout requirements. <br />E Preliminary Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction Costs <br />The Consultant will prepare a preliminary engineer's opinion of probable construction <br />costs based on the preliminary layout plans per Item E above. <br />11. ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />ilte services to be provided under the terms of this Scope of Work arc explicitly those detailed <br />herein. All items of work not expressly described in the Scope of Work shall be deemed <br />"Additional Services" and compensation therefore shall be as set Ibnh in Exhibit "13." <br />111. WORK NOT INCLUDED <br />The following items of work are specifically excluded from this Scope of Work: <br />I. As-built survey to verify utility locations or inverts. <br />2. Caltrans specifications for topographic map or boundary resolution. <br />3. Processing with Caltrans. <br />4.
