RUGGERI- JENSEN -AZAR ENGINEERS 0 PLANNERS 0 SURVIVORS EXInBIT "A" SCOPE OF WORK This Scope of Work is prepared for City of Pleasanton (Client) by Ruggeri - Jensen -Azar (Consultant). Scope of Work This Scope of Work is for the Stoneridge Drive /Johnson Drive intersection improvements and the 1- 680 northbound on -ramp at Stoneridge Drive. 1. BASIC SERVICES A. Aerial Topographic Man The Consultant will prepare an aerial topographic map of the site at 1" 40' with one -foot contours, half a contour accuracy, spot elevations to =0.25', showing all existing features on and within 100 -feel of the site. R. Record Boundary The Consultant will prepare a record boundary based on record information, state right-of- way maps and title reports (provided by the Client). The record boundary will show existing easements within the limits of work areas. C Research Existing Utilities The Consultant will research and obtain utility base maps at the City, Caltrans, DSRSD and other utility companies. D. Existing Conditions/Constraints Map The Consultant will prepare an existing conditions and constraint map (in AutoC'AD format) based on information obtained from Items A, 13 and C aixwc. This base snap will he used by the City for the intersection improvements analysis. E Preliminary Lamm Plans 1. Sioneridge Drive /Johnson Drive The Consultant will prepare a preliminary lanes layout plan based on the traffic analysis prepared by Fehr & Peers showing the proposed lane configurations, width, length, curb lace and sidewalk.
