RUGGERI- JENSEN -AZAR ENGINEERS 0 PLANNERS 0 SURVIVORS <br />EXInBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />This Scope of Work is prepared for City of Pleasanton (Client) by Ruggeri - Jensen -Azar <br />(Consultant). <br />Scope of Work <br />This Scope of Work is for the Stoneridge Drive /Johnson Drive intersection improvements and the 1- <br />680 northbound on -ramp at Stoneridge Drive. <br />1. BASIC SERVICES <br />A. Aerial Topographic Man <br />The Consultant will prepare an aerial topographic map of the site at 1" 40' with one -foot <br />contours, half a contour accuracy, spot elevations to =0.25', showing all existing features <br />on and within 100 -feel of the site. <br />R. Record Boundary <br />The Consultant will prepare a record boundary based on record information, state right-of- <br />way maps and title reports (provided by the Client). The record boundary will show <br />existing easements within the limits of work areas. <br />C Research Existing Utilities <br />The Consultant will research and obtain utility base maps at the City, Caltrans, DSRSD and <br />other utility companies. <br />D. Existing Conditions/Constraints Map <br />The Consultant will prepare an existing conditions and constraint map (in AutoC'AD <br />format) based on information obtained from Items A, 13 and C aixwc. This base snap will <br />he used by the City for the intersection improvements analysis. <br />E Preliminary Lamm Plans <br />1. Sioneridge Drive /Johnson Drive <br />The Consultant will prepare a preliminary lanes layout plan based on the traffic <br />analysis prepared by Fehr & Peers showing the proposed lane configurations, width, <br />length, curb lace and sidewalk.
