Lesley Lowe
February 1B, 2015
Task 1— Update Preferred Project Analysis
Fehr & Peers will update the expected level of vehicle trip generation for the preferred project
alternative and reevaluate project impacts for the existing, near term and cumulative scenarios at
the intersections identified in our February 2015 Administrative Draft TIA. Additionally, the
freeway and roadway segment analysis will also be updated. This task includes SimTraffic analysis
at the Stoneridge Drive interchange area for the weekday PM peak hour condition. The updated
results will be incorporated into an updated TIA.
Expected Level of Effort: $12.540
Task 2 — Quantitative Project Alternative Analysis
Fehr & Peers can evaluate a project alternative to the same level of detail as the preferred project
alternative and incorporate the results into an updated TIA.
Expected Level of Effort: $12,500
Task 3 — Qualitative Project Alternative Analysis
Fehr & Peers can calculate the expected level of vehicle trip generation for the three project
alternatives for the weekday and Saturday condition, and qualitatively assess the relative impacts
of the alternatives based on the results of the preferred project assessment. The results would be
incorporated into an updated TIA.
Expected level of Effort $2,500
To begin work on the updated analysis, Fehr & Peers needs confirmation of the final project
description, and direction regarding tasks noted above we should conduct. Please contact
Kathrin Tellez at 925-930-7100 if you have any questions.
Sincerely.
FEHR & PEERS
Kaihrin Tellez, AICP, PTP
Senior Associate
P14 '1172 LNC
