Lesley Lowe <br />September 24, 2014 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />Task 2 — Saturday Analysis <br />We will analyze peak hour Saturday conditions for the six scenarios detailed in our September 22 <br />memorandum: <br />• Existing <br />• Existing Plus Project <br />• Near -Term No Project <br />• Near -term With Project <br />• Cumulative No Project <br />• Cumulative With Project <br />As the Pleasanton travel demand model does not forecast Saturday conditions, we will develop a <br />growth rate from the weekday peak hour volumes and apply to the Saturday counts to develop <br />near -tern and cumulative Saturday forecasts. <br />Task 3 — Preliminary Impact Identification <br />Fehr & Peers will conduct an initial Cumulative assessment at the intersections that provide access <br />to the site: <br />1. Stoneridge Drive /I -680 Southbound Ramps <br />2. Stoneridge Drive /I -680 Northbound Ramps <br />3. Stoneridge Drive / Johnson Drive <br />4. Johnson Drive /Commerce Drive <br />5. Johnson Drive /Owens Drive (north) <br />6. Johnson Drive /Owens Drive (south) <br />We will identify potential cumulative project impacts, potential mitigation measures, order of <br />magnitude cost estimates based on available information, and the project contribution to the <br />impact. <br />This scope of work includes one iteration of the preliminary impact identification. The level of <br />effort for each additional permutation is noted in the attached fee schedule. <br />Task 4 — Site Planning Guidance <br />As detailed development plans have not been developed for uses that could be developed under <br />project conditions, vehicle traffic expected to be generated by each parcel will initially be loaded <br />onto the roadway network assuming a single access point for each parcel.
