Lesley Lowe
September 24, 2014
Task 2 — Saturday Analysis
We will analyze peak hour Saturday conditions for the six scenarios detailed in our September 22
memorandum:
• Existing
• Existing Plus Project
• Near -Term No Project
• Near -term With Project
• Cumulative No Project
• Cumulative With Project
As the Pleasanton travel demand model does not forecast Saturday conditions, we will develop a
growth rate from the weekday peak hour volumes and apply to the Saturday counts to develop
near -tern and cumulative Saturday forecasts.
Task 3 — Preliminary Impact Identification
Fehr & Peers will conduct an initial Cumulative assessment at the intersections that provide access
to the site:
1. Stoneridge Drive /I -680 Southbound Ramps
2. Stoneridge Drive /I -680 Northbound Ramps
3. Stoneridge Drive / Johnson Drive
4. Johnson Drive /Commerce Drive
5. Johnson Drive /Owens Drive (north)
6. Johnson Drive /Owens Drive (south)
We will identify potential cumulative project impacts, potential mitigation measures, order of
magnitude cost estimates based on available information, and the project contribution to the
impact.
This scope of work includes one iteration of the preliminary impact identification. The level of
effort for each additional permutation is noted in the attached fee schedule.
Task 4 — Site Planning Guidance
As detailed development plans have not been developed for uses that could be developed under
project conditions, vehicle traffic expected to be generated by each parcel will initially be loaded
onto the roadway network assuming a single access point for each parcel. Based on the
