Attachment 2 <br />FEHRtPEERS <br />September 24, 2014 <br />Ms. Lesley Lowe <br />ESA <br />550 Keamy St Ste 800 <br />San Francisco, CA 94108 <br />Subject: Proposal to Provide Additional Transportation Planning and Engineering <br />Services for Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone <br />Dear Lesley: <br />Fehr & Peers appreciates the opportunity to submit this scope of work to conduct additional <br />transportation analyses in support of the Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone project. <br />These additional services have been requested by the City of Pleasanton, as described in our <br />assumptions memorandum dated September 22, and detailed below. <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Task 1— Data Collection (Saturday Counts) <br />Our original scope of work included data collection and analysis at 15 intersections for the <br />weekday morning and evening peak hours. As the proposed project is expected to generate <br />more traffic during the Saturday peak hour, Saturday peak period counts (1:00 to 4:00 PM) will be <br />collected at a subset of nine of the study intersections: <br />1. Stoneridge Drive /I -680 Southbound Ramps <br />2. Stoneridge Drive /I-680 Northbound Ramps <br />3. Stoneridge Drive /Johnson Drive <br />4. Commerce Drive /Johnson Drive <br />5. Park and Ride Lot /Johnson Drive <br />6. Hopyard Road /Owens Drive <br />7. Johnson Drive /Owens Drive (north) <br />8. Johnson Drive /Owens Drive (south) <br />9.
