It is <br />expected that as developments are proposed, a detailed site access and circulation study would <br />be required. <br />Task 5 — Vehicle Miles of Travel Assessment <br />Proposed changes to the CEQA guidelines may require preparation of estimates of vehicle miles <br />of travel (VMT) for the proposed project. We will use available modeling tools, either the City of <br />Pleasanton travel demand model or the Alameda CTC model, to estimate VMT without and with <br />the project for the existing and cumulative conditions. As the CEQA guidelines are finalized, <br />additional information will be available on the recommended method to calculate VMT. <br />Task 6 — Documentation <br />Results of Tasks 1, 2, 4 and 5 will be incorporated into the transportation impact assessment to be <br />prepared under our original scope of work. Results of Task 3 will be summarized in a standalone <br />memorandum. <br />LEVEL OF EFFORT <br />Fehr & Peers can complete the above tasks for an additional fee of 332,220 under the terms and <br />conditions of our contract dated July 22, 2014. This fee includes one iteration of Task 3. The level <br />of effort for each additional permutation is noted in the attached fee schedule.
