ESA will provide the City with five (5) copies of the ANA R. as well as one <br />unbound copy and an electronic copy. <br />AI est hetic :c/Light and Glare. The impacts of the rezoning on aesthetic. visual. and scenic <br />resources will he evaluated. including potential loss of views and effects of increased lighting on <br />motorists and residents in the City (and. potentially. residents of Dublin. immediately across <br />Interstate 58(1).
