This scope details the tasks that ESA proposes to complete and deliver a <br />Supplemental I IIt Environmental Impact Report (SEIR). which would focus in on three key <br />environmental issue areas. and would he tiered from the 2009 General Ilan 1;IR and the 2011 (;PA E lIt. <br />The City. as lead Agency. may prepare a supplcsnenl to an EIIt if only nlintw additions or changes would <br />be necessary to make the previous I lIt adequately apply to the projccl in the changed situation. hate SI:IR <br />need only present the information necessary to make the previous EIR adequate for the project as revised. <br />Thus. for purposes of the current SLIIt. the project will consist of further amendments 10 the Pleasanton <br />General Plan. previous amendments to which were analyicd in llleā€¢ GPA EIIt. <br />The SEAR will be given the sante kind of notice and public review as is given to a i radi i:IR (C EQA <br />Guidelines Section 15(187). and may be circulated by itself without re- circulaling the previous 13rali or <br />Final lilt. flowerer. when the ('ity decides whether lo approve the proposed project. the decision- making <br />body shall consider the previous E:1R as revised by the SINK. A finding under Section 15091 shall he <br />nude for each significant effect shown in the previous FIR as revised. <br />Task 1. Project Initiation and Site Visit <br />In addition to meeting with City staff for a project kick-off meeting.
