Gaines) Drones: First Responders. (League of California Cities Notice of Sponsorship) <br /> This measure would provide immunity to first responders who damage a civilian drone directly <br /> interfering with ambulance services, firefighting-related services, and search and rescue operations. <br /> SB 873 (Beall) Sales of Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. (League of California Cities Letter of <br /> Support) <br /> Allows a developer who receives an award of state LIHTCs to sell the credits to an investor without <br /> requiring the investor to be part of the ownership entity. The measure increases the value of LIHTCs <br /> and largely eliminates the federal tax impacts associated with investors claiming state credits. <br /> SB 1221 (Hertzberg)Firefighters:Interaction with Mentally Disabled Persons.
