c. Engineer the roof to handle an additional load as determined by a structural <br /> engineer to accommodate the additional weight of a prototypical <br /> photovoltaic system beyond that anticipated for roofing; <br /> These measures shall be shown on the building permit plan set submitted to the <br /> Director of Community Development for review and approval before issuance of <br /> the first building permit. <br /> 38. The State of California's Green Building Standards Code, "CALGreen," shall <br /> apply, if applicable. <br /> 39. Energy efficient lighting shall be installed for the new office building. The energy <br /> efficient lighting shall be shown on the plans submitted for the issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> 40. Water conservation devices shall be installed in the new office building. The <br /> water conservation devices shall be stated on the plans submitted for the <br /> issuance of a building permit. <br /> 41. Appliances and/or systems that meet Energy Star standards shall be installed as <br /> part of the project. The proposed appliance or system and how it adheres to the <br /> Energy Star standards shall be stated on the plans submitted for the issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> Engineering Division <br /> 42. Relocation of all the public improvements including but not limited to the water <br /> main, sanitary sewer main, storm drain system, etc. shall conform to the City of <br /> Pleasanton current design and construction standards to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Engineer. <br /> 43. The fire loop for the development shall have a Double Check Detector Check after <br /> the tie in with the public water main. <br /> 44. The sanitary sewer lateral shall have a two-way clean out or sampling manhole at <br /> the back of curb subject to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Chief Building <br /> Official. <br /> 45. Storm water shall not flow from one lot to the other unless a storm drain easement <br /> exists or is created. <br /> 46. The project developer's title company shall record any grant deeds or easements, <br /> and any other required documents with the Alameda County Recorder's Office. <br /> After the recording of these documents the City shall be provided with a legible <br /> recorded copy in PDF format. <br /> 8 of 28 <br />
