<br /> MODIFIED PROJECT DESCRIPTION
<br /> Workday proposes to modify its previously-approved development plans to create a
<br /> proposal that includes an improved site plan and a more iconic architectural design.
<br /> Key changes to the approved plans include:
<br /> • Redesigning the office building (reducing its size from 430,000 square feet to
<br /> 410,000 square feet);
<br /> • Eliminating the parking garage on the Stoneridge Corporate Plaza site and
<br /> consolidating parking underground and in one larger redesigned structure at the
<br /> rear of the BART site;
<br /> • Installing a new public plaza behind the BART garage; and
<br /> • Enhancing the pedestrian and bicycle connections between the BART station
<br /> and Stoneridge Mall Road.
<br /> Additional differences between the plans are shown in Table 1 on the following page. In
<br /> general, the modified project is less impactful than the approved project.
