Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance <br /> Single-family residential projects of 15 units or less, such as the proposed project, are not <br /> required by the City's Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance to provide residential units affordable to <br /> households of very low, low, and moderate income. However, the applicant would be required <br /> to pay the City's low-income housing fee of approximately $34,545 for the proposed home on <br /> Lot 4 and future home on Lots 1 and 2. <br /> Site Development Standards <br /> Residential developments Rose Avenue have been using the development standards of the <br /> R-1-10,000 District as a guideline.
