This roadway has a posted speed limit of 25 mph and consists of <br /> four lanes (2 westbound and 2 eastbound) separated by a landscaped median. There is <br /> a moderate vertical curve near the eastern end of this segment. The critical speed was <br /> measured at 31 mph.
