This segment, from the east side <br /> of Arroyo de la Laguna to Valley Avenue, has a posted limit of 45 mph. The majority of <br /> this segment consists of six lanes separated by either a painted or concrete median. The <br /> segment narrows considerably at the western end where there is a narrow, two-lane <br /> bridge crossing the Arroyo de la Laguna.
