For <br /> purposes of this proposal and estimate of fees we assume the addition of courts 11 and 12 only. <br /> All drawings shall be prepared in AutoCAD. Package to include: <br /> a. title sheet <br /> b. demolition plan <br /> c. erosion control plan <br /> d. grading and drainage plan <br /> e. stormwater control plan <br /> f. site construction plan <br /> g. irrigation plan <br /> h. planting plan <br /> i. electrical plan <br /> j. construction details <br /> k. outline technical specifications(City to prepare front end specs) <br /> 2.02 Updated Cost Estimate: Prepare an updated construction cost estimate. Estimate will be <br /> broken down by individual construction items and include area take offs,quantities, unit prices <br /> contingencies,etc. <br /> 2.03 Steering Committee Meeting#2:Allow for a meeting with the City, Lifetime Tennis and others <br /> as warranted to review the 35%submittal plans. Prepare a written meeting summary <br /> documenting decisions made. <br /> 3.0 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> 3.01 Construction Documents—90%Submittal:Based on the comments received from the above <br /> meetings and the analysis of other items,develop construction documents to a 90%(final draft) <br /> level of completion. Package to include all documents noted in task 2.01 plus; <br /> I. Technical specifications with measurement and payment clauses <br /> m. bid form <br /> n. engineers estimate in bid format <br /> Provide four(4)sets of full size plans. Provide electronic files for the plans and specifications in <br /> AutoCAD and MS Word formats. <br /> 3.02 Draft Bid Form:Prepare a draft bid form. Bid form will be broken down by pay item,including <br /> quantities and unit prices. <br /> 3.03 City Review Meeting:Allow for a final meeting with the Steering Committee to review the 90% <br /> submittal plans.
