I understand that your'all-in' budget is$350,000 and our objective is to minimize the <br /> percent of that funding spent on services to keep as much as possible available for construction. To <br /> manage our costs I propose to exclude the relamping and the 13th court addition from the project <br /> entirely. To assist you in these efforts,we would propose to complete the following tasks in <br /> chronological order.The items shown in bold face italics are documents that we would prepare as part <br /> of our tasks. <br /> 1.0 SCHEMATIC DESIGN <br /> 1.01 Start-up Meeting/Steering Committee Meeting#1: Meet with City Staff, Lifetime Tennis and <br /> others as warranted in an initial work session to discuss project goals, review site opportunities, <br /> related planning issues, project schedule,and the design program.City to provide meeting <br /> summary. <br /> 1.02 Base Data:Obtain and review base drawings including the topo survey provided by the City and <br /> a geotechnical report(if pursued by the City). Incorporate topo information into base sheet(s) <br /> to be utilized throughout the design process. <br /> 1.03 Site Reconnaissance: With the topographic survey provided by the City in hand,conduct a site <br /> reconnaissance and walk the site to visually review apparent features,utilities and grades. <br /> Using topographic survey document observations including species of existing trees and other <br /> elements not captured by the surveyor.
