Provide four(4)sets of full size plans. Provide electronic files for the plans and <br /> specifications in AutoCAD and MS Word formats. <br /> 3.05 Bid Form: Revise the quantities and unit prices in the draft bid form to reflect the final drawing <br /> quantities. Provide the City with the bid form. Bid form will be broken down by pay item, <br /> including quantities and unit prices. <br /> 4.0 BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION REVIEW(to be determined) <br /> During the process of developing the plans we will work with you to determine the level of support you <br /> need from us during construction. He following is an outline of the services that we could provide. The <br /> scope for these services would be tailored to your needs. Typically,these services are provided on an <br /> hourly basis and may include: <br /> 4.01 Pre-construction Phase <br /> a. Assist with compiling a list of qualified contractor's <br /> b. Respond to bidder's requests for information;prepare addenda <br /> 4.02 Construction Phase <br /> a. Assist in responding to contractor requests for information. <br /> b. Attend construction review meetings. <br /> c. Attend substantial completion walk through. <br /> 4.03 Post-Construction <br /> a. Attend final completion walk through and submit written field report. <br /> b. Prepare record drawings. <br /> 5.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> 5.01 All tasks not specifically noted above could be performed as additional services.These tasks <br /> would include, but not be limited to,delineation of improvements other than the two additional <br /> tennis courts,development of multiple concepts. Presentation of the project at more than one <br /> public meeting, meetings not specifically identified above or other tasks not specifically noted in <br /> the foregoing. These services would be billed hourly or on a lump sum fee basis to be <br /> documented in a written amendment to this agreement. <br /> 6.0 REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES <br /> 6.01 In addition to the above fees,we would bill for all printing and reproduction,delivery, <br /> horticultural soils samples,the communication and insurance surcharge,and other reimbursable <br /> expenses as noted in the attached Standard Schedule of Compensation.You should establish a <br /> P2523 Proposal 2016 02-29 <br /> 0 copyrighted 2014 Callender Associates <br />
