SECTION 3. Approves Case PUD-109, the application of H. James Knuppe for <br /> Planned Unit Development (PUD) Development Plan approval to demolish the existing <br /> 910 square foot commercial building and construct an approximately 4,074 square-foot, <br /> two-story commercial/office building with an attached, approximately 1,225 square-foot <br /> second-floor apartment unit, and four approximately 2,015 square-foot, three-story <br /> multi-family residential units located at 273 Spring Street, subject to the conditions as <br /> shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this ordinance by this reference. <br /> SECTION 4.
