First Street Parking Spaces. Pavement markings identifying 52 parking spaces on First <br /> Street have been installed (Attachment 4, Painting and Striping Plan for First Street). <br /> The cost for this work was approximately $1,500. <br /> Other Efforts. In addition to the measures identified above, staff also moved forward <br /> with two other Downtown parking-related improvements: <br /> ® The paving project within the transportation corridor between Neal Street and <br /> West Angela Street to improve efficiency and minimize dust (completed October, <br /> 2015); and <br /> 6 Developing a comprehensive "wayfinding" sign program (targeted <br /> implementation early 2016).
