Subject:
FW: Lund Ranch II Development and the 12/1/15 City CouncillMeef ragL MATERIAL
Provided to the City Council
After Distribution of Packet
Date // <3
From: Jimmy Ko
Sent: Sunday, November 29, 2015 10:15 PM
To: Mayor and City Council
Subject: Lund Ranch II Development and the 12/1/15 City Council Meeting
Dear Mayor Thorne, Vice Mayor Brown, and City Councilmembers Narum, Olsen, and Pentin,
I attended the City Council meeting on November 17, 2015, but since I will not be able to attend the December
1 meeting, I would like the opportunity to share my opinion and have my vote count. I have spoken at previous
Planning Commission meetings and have consistently expressed my opposition to any housing development
plans that add traffic to Junipero Street.
As the father of two young children, little league baseball coach, and owner of a home on Junipero Street, I am
concerned about the safety of children and elderly residents who utilize Mission Hills Park and the impact of
additional traffic on my neighborhood. I believe that the current administration should honor commitments
made to the Mission Park and Ventana Hills neighborhoods and not approve any plans that allow traffic from
the Lund Ranch II development to be funneled onto streets near Mission Hills Park.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Jimmy Ko, MD
Click here to report this email as spam.
1
