Keller Mitchell & Co. <br /> Landscape Architecture <br /> Page 2 <br /> September 17,2015 <br /> contract.Should project delays not caused by the Landscape Architect require services from the Landscape <br /> Architect beyond the above time limit,the Landscape Architect's fees for said professional services should be <br /> increased by an amount to be negotiated with the Architect,covering the Landscape Architect's additional <br /> costs. <br /> ADDITIONAL SERVICES:.the following services are beyond the scope of professional services outlined in <br /> EXHIBIT A. <br /> 1. Revising previously approved drawings,and specifications to accomplish budget reductions <br /> and/or design revisions requested by the Client. <br /> 2. Off-site work. <br /> 3. Phasing of the drawings. <br /> 4. Signage or graphics. <br /> 5. Planting and irrigation. <br /> 6. Additional insurance coverage or limits, including professional liability insurance, in excess of that <br /> normally carried by the Consultant, if required by the Client <br /> 1 <br /> Compensation to the Landscape Architect for additional services authorized by the Client shall be at the <br /> following hourly rates for billing: <br /> Principal, Keller Mitchell $ 175.00 <br /> Associate Landscape Architect $ 125.00 <br /> CAD/ Landscape staff $ 1 10.00 <br /> LIST OF CONSULTANTS:the Landscape Architect will retain and pay for the following consultants as <br /> part of this proposal.Their qualifications will be submitted to the City to review if desired prior to retention. <br /> A. Electrical Engineer:Zeiger Engineers, Inc. <br /> Available consultants for engineering on an hourly,time and materials basis: <br /> B. Structural Engineer: Kam Yan&Associates <br /> C. Civil Engineer:Alexander&Associates, Inc. <br /> OWNERSHIP OF DRAWINGS: Plans and Specifications,as instruments of service,are and shall remain <br /> the property of the Landscape Architect,whether the project for which they are made is executed or not. <br /> The Plans and Specifications shall not be used by the Client on other projects. <br /> CANCELLATION:this agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other <br /> party in the event of a substantial failure of performance by such other party,or if the project should be <br /> abandoned. <br /> We would be pleased to answer any questions you may have regarding our approach to the project or to <br /> clarify any of the issues on our scope of services.
