Should the need arise,we also have structural <br /> engineering and civil engineering available on as hourly,time and materials basis. <br /> To begin our work,we will require AutoCAD drawings of the site survey, building and site features <br /> construction documentation,and assumed irrigation water pressure from the irrigation point of connection. <br /> SERVICES:Refer to the attached EXHIBIT A for scope of services. <br /> COMPENSATION:The fee is broken down as follows and is further detailed in the scope of services: <br /> Project startup $ 500 <br /> Schematic/Design Development $ 3,000 <br /> Construction Documents $ 21,700 <br /> Bid/Permit $ 800 <br /> Construction Administration $ 5,500 <br /> TOTAL $ 28,000 <br /> REIMBURSABLE DIRECT COSTS: are included in the base fee. <br /> PAYMENT:shall be made on monthly invoices based upon the percentage of work on the project <br /> completed during the month. <br /> The above fee for professional services shall be in effect for one year and six months after that date of the <br /> www.kellermitchell.com <br /> California license no. 1060 <br />
