3. The exterior boundary lines of the property, <br />adjacent streets and any easements affecting the property. <br /> <br /> 4. Contour lines at one foot intervals or spot <br />elevation(s) on a grid system for predominant. ground slopes <br />between level 0% and 5%, contour lines at two foot inter- <br />vals for predominant ground slopes between 5% and 10%, <br />contour lines at five foot, or other appropriate intervals <br />for predominant ground slopes exceeding 10%. All eleva- <br />tions shall be based on N.G.V.D. (National Geodetic Vertical <br />Datum, formerly United States Coast and Geodetic Survey) <br />datum unless otherwise authorized by the City Engineer, <br />and the bench mark used shall be listed with the record <br />elevation. <br /> <br /> 5. (Precise invert elevations to be field <br />measured when possible). <br /> <br /> 8. Natural topographic or agricultural features af- <br /> fecting the property. <br /> <br /> 9.
