Section 2-13.07: FIELD CONTROLS FOR SURVEY <br /> <br /> The exterior boundaries of the property shall be clearly <br />outlined on the ground by appropriate permanent stakes or monu- <br />ments. Before the first inspection by the Building Official, <br />City Engineer or their agents, any monuments or markers defining <br />the exterior boundary lines of the property which have been <br />disturbed or destroyed shall be reset by the surveyor. <br /> <br /> Section 3-13.08: EXCEPTIONS TO SURVEY REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> The requirement for a plat of survey may be waived for ex- <br />isting lots shown on filed subdivision maps recorded on or after <br />January 1, 1970, with approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> The requirements for a plat of survey may be wholly or par- <br /> tially waived or modified by the City Engineer for small and <br /> <br /> unimportant work such as minor accessory buildings. <br /> Section 2-1'3.09: SITE PLAN REQUIRED <br /> <br /> With each application for a building permit to erect, con- <br /> struct, enlarge, alter, or convert a building or structure, or <br /> to move an existing building or structure to a new location, <br /> <br /> there shall be submitted a drawing of a site plan. <br /> Section 2-13.10: FORM OF SITE PLAN <br /> <br /> Two prints of the site plan shall be submitted, accurately <br /> drawn, to a scale of twnety feet to one inch, or as approved <br /> by City Engineer, and on an appropriate sized sheet. Upon ap- <br /> proval by the City a reproducible copy shall be supplied to the <br /> City. <br /> <br /> Section 2-13.11: INFORMATION REQUIRED ON SITE PLAN <br /> <br /> The following minimum information shall be shown on all <br /> site plans: <br /> <br /> 1. A cross-reference of the property survey, if one <br /> <br /> is required. <br /> <br /> 2. The names, addresses and phone numbers of the <br /> <br /> property owner, the developer, and of the architect~ engin- <br /> <br /> eer or designer who prepared the plans. The plans shall <br /> be signed by the person preparing them. <br /> <br /> <br />
