10. The location and layout of all proposed street <br /> improvements, utilities, drainage, parking, landscaping or <br /> requirements of any other ordinance, rule or regulation of <br /> the City of Pleasanton or as a condition of approval of any <br /> other agreement or permit issued by the City. <br /> <br /> 11. Plans for street or utility line extensions when <br /> required shall be prepared by a registered civil engineer. <br /> <br /> I2~ Storm drainage calculations will be required by <br /> <br /> the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> Section 2-13.12: EXCEPTIONS TO SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> The requirements for site plan may be partially met by re- <br />ference to subdivision improvement plans for lots shown on filed <br />subdivision maps recorded on or after January 1, 1970 insofar <br />as showing detailed information of existing public improvements. <br /> <br /> The requirements for site plan may be wholly or partially <br /> <br />waived or modified by the City Engineer for small and unimportant <br />work such as minor accessory buildings or alterations or con- <br />versions that do not change the size or use of the building or <br />structure. <br /> <br /> Section 2. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause or <br /> <br /> phrase of this ordinance is for any reason held by court of corn-I~ <br />~petent jurisdiction to be invalid, such a decision shall not <br /> <br /> affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton hereby declares that it <br /> would have passed this ordinance and each section, subsection, <br /> sentence, clause and phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact <br /> any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or <br /> phrases be declared invalid. <br /> <br /> S__e_~t__i_on_i 3.. This ordinance shall become effective thirty <br /> <br /> (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> S__ection 4_.
